Newly created DNS zones are not syncing to secondary nameservers

I currently experiencing an incident in our DNS hosting: Newly created zones are not being reliably propagated to our secondary nameservers. As a result, affected zones may not be available on all authoritative nameservers. Consequently, nameserver delegation (NS/glue records) at registrars can fail, because delegation requires the zone to be reachable across all authoritative nameservers. Existing, fully synchronised zones are not affected. I have identified the cause and are working on a fix. Please hold off on configuring nameserver delegation at your registrar until I report this incident as resolved. I will keep you informed with a follow-up update.

Resolved: Newly created DNS zones are syncing to secondary nameservers again
The incident in the DNS hosting has been resolved. Newly created zones are once again being reliably propagated to all secondary nameservers and are available on every authoritative nameserver. I identified and fixed the root cause and re-synchronised all zones that were affected during the incident to the secondary nameservers. No action is required on your part. If you configured nameserver delegation at your registrar during the incident, please verify that it was applied correctly and repeat the process if necessary. I apologise for any inconvenience.
