A bigger DynDNS update

I've reworked the DynDNS area from the ground up.

The reason was your feedback – a lot of it showed me where things were more cumbersome than they needed to be. Thanks for that, it genuinely helped.

What's changed:

• Suffixes are gone. You no longer have to set anything up in advance – you just create a domain directly.
• DynDNS updates now target the domain itself instead of only a suffix, so your router updates exactly the name you actually use.
• You can enable a wildcard per domain. *.your-domain then points to the same IP as well – handy when several services sit behind one address.
• You can connect your own domains via TSIG and manage them from a single list.
• Both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are now shown everywhere, not just one of the two.
• The dashboards are tidied up and work properly on mobile.
